Inspiration:

I have been inspired by a great many singers from a wide variety of genres, and presently aim to find a way to join my voice with my love of dance and the emerging 'intentional' dance culture.

I grew up listening to Miriam Makeba, Ella Fitzgerald and Emma Kirkby.

I discovered and fell in love with Kate Bush, Diane Reeves, Beth Quist

and Suzie LeBlanc. I have been trained by Gladys Pearcy, Catherine Lewis, Bernard Turgeon, Julianne Baird and Nancy Argenta. I am also inspired by the vocal styles of Emily van Evera, Annie Lennox, Lisa Gerrard, Imogen Heap and Karen Matheson (Capercaillie).

I will continue to be inspired by new and emerging talent.
